Booking time on the water

How do I book my days ?
Simply log into the members only area and check the availability of the

days you want on the on-line booking scheduler (you can book up to 7 days by "borrowing" days from the months either side)

We open up the complete season to forward bookings on the 1st January

each year; from the 14th January we will start to confirm booked days

for the up-coming season. Usually this is on a first come first booked

basis. The booking window at the start of the year gives us a chance to

be fair to everybody wanting to schedule a holiday length slot.

What happens if I need to cancel?

We will immediately make your sailtime available to other members, if it

is booked by another member you will get sailing time back again to

book on another date.

If you cancel 90 days or more before the booked sailing days there is no

administration fee, after that time a small administration fee may be

charged for each cancelled slot. (Note : if you cancel and another

member does not take up the time, you will lose sailing time as if you

had taken the sailing time).

Non available days

Some out of season days are restricted to allow time for lift out and the

routine servicing of the Yacht. Round the Island and Cowes weeks may

also be restricted. (Contact us for details).

Next year we are planning that Round the Island will be a members event weekend with members teamed up together, and the time not counted against any member’s allocation.
